Clear appointment pathways

Working with business owners and buyers

Adam helps Noosa Shire business owners prepare, position and market a business for sale. He also works with buyers through current listings, free non-exclusive buyer briefs and formal exclusive buyer appointments.

Adam may be appointed to act for a business owner selling a business or exclusively for a buyer seeking to acquire one. Under a seller appointment, the seller pays the agreed commission. Under a formal buyer appointment, the buyer pays an agreed upfront retainer and the balance when the contract becomes unconditional.

Adam does not represent or accept payment from both parties in the same transaction. The exact role, scope and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

A practical commercial background

Experience across finance, property and business

Adam's background includes 20 years in financial planning and insurance broking, work in real estate since 2010, property buyer representation and ownership of a hospitality function venue.

His financial-services and property experience brings familiarity with complex decisions, negotiation and working alongside professional advisers. Owning and operating a hospitality venue also gave Adam direct exposure to staffing, customers, cash flow, supplier relationships and the daily realities behind a business's public face.

Hospitality is Adam's strongest operating background, but Noosa Business Brokers works with suitable businesses across all sectors throughout Noosa Shire.
